As part of the redesign for the new Mickey’s of Hollywood location inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I was tasked with creating a brand new marquee to sit behind two point of sale systems inside the shop.

Inspired by the vintage department store feel of the new design, I focused on creating custom letter forms with a simple but distinctively Art Deco frame.

The final marquee is milled aluminum with a gold powder coat finish.
